Adelaide and Sydney international students in the kitchen!

Our international students in Adelaide and Sydney completed practical assessment today in our cookery venues in the Adelaide Central Market, Sprout Kitchen and our Surry Hills training kitchen.

Across the 3 classes the students cooked a large range of dishes, covering multiple cuisines, ranging from:

– Grilled Haloumi with Pesto and Fresh Lemon
– Rujak Salad
– Scallops with Cauliflower Puree and Pancetta Crumb
– Hainanese Chicken Rice
– Fresh Pasta with Bacon alla Panna
– Ballotine of Duck
– Roasted Spatchcock
– Deviled Quail
– Duck Breast Stir Fry

The students really impressed us with the skills they have learned.
