Attendance Policy
To clearly outline Quality Training & Hospitality College (QTHC) attendance expectation of international students including the procedure for recording and monitoring student attendance and the procedure for notifying students who fail to maintain satisfactory attendance.
Deferral, Suspension & Cancellation Policy
The purpose of this policy is to outline the circumstances in which an international student can defer, suspend or cancel their enrolment with Quality Training & Hospitality College (QTHC) and where QTHC can initiate the suspension or cancellation of the student’s enrolment.
Transfer of Provider Policy
To provide a documented process for assessing and administering requests from international students holding a student visa seeking Transfer of Provider within the first six months of commencement of the principal program, in accordance with the National Code of Practice, Standard 7. Quality Training & Hospitality College (QTHC) recognises overseas students as consumers and supports them to exercise choice, while acknowledging that they may also be a group that requires support to transition to study in Australia.

Tuiton Protection Service
The Tuition Protection Service (TPS) is an initiative of the Australian Government to assist international students whose education providers are unable to fully deliver their course of study. The TPS ensures that international students are able to either complete their studies in another course or with another education provider or receive a refund of their unspent tuition fees.
QTHC Course Progress Policy
The Course Progress Policy’s purpose is to clearly outline Quality Training & Hospitality College’s (QTHC) expectations of students with regard to course progress and workload to ensure they complete the course within the expected duration, and maintain satisfactory course progress throughout their course of study.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The purpose of the Refund policy and procedure is to explain the conditions under which Quality Training & Hospitality College (QTHC) may apply a refund to international students in compliance with the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act) and the requirements of Standard 3 of the National Code.
International Complaints and Appeals Policy
This policy is based on Quality Training & Hospitality College (QTHC) providing appropriate mechanisms and services for students to have complaints and appeals addressed efficiently, effectively and in a confidential manner.

Forms
Transfer of Provider Request Form
This form is for International Students holding a Student Visa and seeking to transfer to another registered education provider in Australia.
Deferral, Suspension & Cancellation Form
This form is to be used when an international student:
- Requests deferral of course start date (applies prior to course commencement)
- Requests suspension of a course (applies after course commencement) includes notice of absence
- Applies to change course
- Applies to cancel enrolment

This form is for any international student studying at Quality Training & Hospitality College (QTHC) who wants to apply for a refund of course fees

Your Student Visa requires you to maintain residential arrangements at all times, and to keep Quality Training & Hospitality College notified of your current address, contact phone number and emergency person’s contact number and details at all times.
