Traineeships and Apprenticeships

Our Traineeship/Apprenticeship program is delivered via structured workplace based training arrangements. The program is funded by the Queensland Government under the User Choice arrangement and is delivered by our qualified trainers. During the course of a traineeship, a trainee will have the opportunity to receive on-the-job training which comprises of competency based assessments and recognition of prior learning (RPL). At completion, the trainee is issued a nationally accredited qualification.

BENEFITS OF TRAINEESHIPS

As the training is government funded your business may benefit from financial incentives, a user friendly training approach and improved staff retention rates.

There is also recognition of the training that is implemented in the workplace (so that the training is relevant) and an increase in productivity and motivation of staff members. Additional financial incentives including payroll offset rebates and concession benefits may apply.
