Our Sydney facilities includes a specialised training commercial kitchen in Surry Hills. The training kitchen used for practical aspects of the course is fully equipped to the highest standards. Students also have access to state of the art classroom facilities during theoretical lessons.

Located within a two minute walk of our Sydney and Adelaide facilities are a variety of hotels, cafes and restaurants offering a diverse range of cuisine. Students can also explore fresh produce at local markets and enjoy plenty of large shopping malls.
